Terms of Service

AudioConcierge is a WhatsApp AI receptionist service provided by restsiz.ai. The service handles incoming WhatsApp messages, transcribes voice notes, books appointments and answers customer queries on behalf of your business using artificial intelligence.

By using AudioConcierge you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful business purposes
• Not use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Ensure your customers are aware they are interacting with an AI agent
• Comply with WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta's terms of service
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy or resell the service

All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial period you will be invited to enter payment details to continue. If you do not, your account will be paused and no charge will be made.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in Euros (€) and exclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time except within our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with AudioConcierge within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us at support@restsiz.ai for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion.

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (WhatsApp, Google, Twilio, OpenAI). In the event of extended outages we will provide service credits at our discretion.

AudioConcierge uses artificial intelligence which may occasionally produce inaccurate or inappropriate responses. You are responsible for monitoring the AI's behaviour and configuring it appropriately for your business. We are not liable for bookings made incorrectly due to AI errors, though we will work with you to resolve any issues.

You are the data controller for your customers' data. We act as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to share your customers' data with our service and that your customers are informed that an AI is handling their messages.

The AudioConcierge platform, including all software, designs and content, is owned by restsiz.ai. Your business data (knowledge base, services, documents) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, restsiz.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
